Important Personnel Transaction Processing Reminders
Please submit personnel transactions with all required documents to the Division of Human Resources.  Missing documents or documents not completed correctly, will delay processing and sometimes, delay paychecks.  For more detailed information refer to the April 20, 2007 memorandum of “Important Personnel Transaction Processing Reminders 2007” at http://www.k-state.edu/hr/news/hrmem.htm.  If you have questions please do not hesitate to contact our office at (785) 532-6277.

New Employee Orientation Schedule Change
The start time for the New Employee Orientation for Classified employees will change to begin at 8:15am instead of 8:30am, effective with the orientation on August 29, 2007 and thereafter.  The reason for the change in time relates to the amount of materials to cover within the allotted timeframe.

The New Employee Orientation for Unclassified employees remains unchanged at 9:30am.  Registration procedures via BENADMIN@KSU.EDU remain unchanged.  Questions should be addressed to the Benefits Administration in the Division of Human Resources at (785) 532-6277.
